What Kinds Of Towing Services Do You Provide?

We will help you town anything from damaged vehicles due to accidents to broken-down cars. We also have the tools and equipment to tow light and heavy trucks/machinery for your construction needs.

With our well-maintained trucks and drivers, we can serve any of your needs efficiently. We can also provide multiple towing for your convenience. 

How Much Do Your Services Cost?

In general, the cost starts with a small call out fee that covers a certain number of kilometres. The cost will vary depending on where your vehicle is located, and where it must be towed to. It will also depend on the kind of service you require. Midnight emergency services will have night-differential costs when compared with tilt-tray towing or car breakdown towing in the morning. To help you out, we can provide you with a quotation so you won’t get a surprise when our bill comes. 

What Types Of Trucks Do You Use?

At our company, we only use the most modern vehicles to ensure your precious belongings are transported safely. Our trucks undergo routine, preventive maintenance so we can serve you best.

Is My Vehicle Or Machinery Insured While Being Towed?

Of course! For everyone’s protection, we provide full insurance coverage for everything that we transport. 

Can I Ride With The Truck While My Care Is Being Towed?

 Due to the Covid we cannot take any passenger while towing. Once this situation is gone, definitely, we permit up to 2 passengers who can sit in the cabin of our tow truck.

If I Was Involved In a Car Accident, Will My Car Insurance Policy Include The Towing Fees?

Should you have a full comprehensive insurance, then there will be no expenses for you as we will directly bill your insurance company. 

How Can I Pay For Your Service?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, EFTPOS, and cash. 

Will I Be Billed a Surcharge For Credit Card Payments?

Yes, for credit card payments, there is a surcharge of 1.1% applied. Furthermore, you can choose other payment options such as Afterpay if you prefer.
